Day 13, 14 & 15

Three days in one blog today, however I hope that I do not forget to mention things I did.
On Sunday morning, we went to the soccer field, because Elijah had his first training of this Spring. It was a little bit chilly and rainy, however it was really nice to see him and all the other kids playing soccer! After that we had a late brunch/lunch, which was really delicious! Later that afternoon, Karen and I went shopping, so I had the opportunity to buy something. We ate something at 'home' and then the weekend was over already.
On Monday, Karen and I went to her work. We went to juvenile court, which was really interesting, because I have seen different types of court now, for example the homicide trial, CYS cases and juvenile court. Juvenile court is with children and youth, who did something bad, like dealing drugs or being violent to a teacher. After that we went out for lunch and for some shopping. Then we went back to the office.
Today, Tuesday May 6th, we went to the office and I helped Karen with some work. Commissioner Leinbach and Mary invited Karen and me for lunch, because I will return home on Thursday. We went to Say Cheese, where we ate some really delicious food! I really enjoyed the lunch with them! They are all so nice and kind! After lunch we, Karen and I, had a tour in the residential building of Berks County, where immigrants (families) come when they have to wait for the outcome of the process, so if they can stay in the US or not. After that we went to Berks Heim, which is a nursing home in the County of Berks. We also had a tour there and immediately after that we had a meeting at Berks Heim.
Only 2 days left before I will go back home! Time flied!

Linde,
geniet nog van de laatste dagen daar, wat heb je in ruim 2 weken veel gedaan en gezien. Zal best raar zijn om dat weer achter te laten. Maar de herinneringen neem je maar mooi mee naar Someren!

nog n paar dagen en dan terug naar Nederland,
ruim 2 weken de dagen van je leven gehad, wat heb jij het leuk gehad zeg!
nog 2 dagen te gaan en dan weer "back to home"
