Day 3!
Blijf op de hoogte en volg Linde

Today, I went with Karen to her work. The first thing on the agenda was the Commissioner Board Meeting which was a little bit busy, because it was bring your son and daughter to work day. This meeting even comes on television here, so if it is posted on the internet, I will copy the link in here, so you can all have an idea how such a meeting looks like. Furthermore, we went to a meeting about parent attorneys while having lunch there, which was really interesting. Next we went to the court, which is in the same building as where Karen works, and we attended a case. Which was really cool! The courtroom looked a bit different than the courtrooms I saw in the Netherlands, but it was really nice to see how the judicial system works in the United States. Last but not least, we went to the jail today. Which was really impressive! We had a tour through the building in which we saw a lot, like the medical centre, a cell, different departments, and so on. It was a busy day full with impressions, but I really enjoyed it!
